Pangkor Marina will be able to provide you a list of the offices and their addresses and also arrange either car hire or a taxi driver if needed. I’ve attached a pic of my mapsme location pins of the offices. They’re a few km apart and about 7km from the marina.
*** Please note: Men and women to dress respectfully ie, have their legs and shoulders covered when attending the Immigration Office.
Immigration: Pejabat Imigresent Lumut is in Manjung
Harbour Master: Pejabat Laut Lumut – Jabatan Laut in Manjung
Customs: Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia is in Sitiawan
Clearing in
Process was simple, no queues. We had copies of registration and crew list although the offices had photocopiers and were happy to do. Just one form was required to be filled out at each place. There was no charge for any service. If driving, parking isn’t a hassle.
In this order:
Immigration: Dress respectfully. Go to the second level and half way along is immigration desk you need to visit. They will request you return before leaving next.
Harbour Master: 3rd floor.
Customs: The department you need is to the right hand side of the entry foyer.

We went to Customs before Harbour Master and were asked for the letter from the Harbour Master so had to drive to Harbour Master and back again. Just a form to fill in each place.
Immigration: Will provide a sealed envelope for the next Port of Entry Immigration Officer
Harbour Master: Provides a letter required to take to Customs.
Customs: Minor wait for what ever reason, 5 minutes or so.
